Shari is a results-driven professional building strong client and candidate relationships. She brings years of specialized knowledge working with public and privately held companies with a global reach in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. She is known for leading a successful and highly productive team of researchers and recruiters who identify top talent quickly through understanding the client’s needs, creating sourcing strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. She has worked across all areas from clinical development, clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs (including CMC and combination products), pharmacovigilance, and patient safety. She has placed clinical scientists up to and including executive directors during her career. Shari has a passion for medical affairs, placing MD’s and non-MD’s from associate directors to senior medical directors in addition to building out multiple MSL teams, as well as national and regional field directors. Her mission is to provide essential recruitment strategy to life science companies that are committed to helping patients and treating their diseases.
